Cruise ship guest

Initially, we'll greet you right from your cruise ship port, whether that's at Isla Tropicale (formerly Mahogany Bay) or Town Center Coxen Hole. Our team will be there outside the gate, holding a sign with your name on it.

Hotel guest

If you are visiting and staying at a hotel or resort on Roatan, we have you covered.

We will pick you up directly from your hotel’s lobby or any location you may be on the island. It is very easy and hassle-free. Our packages are also customized for your convenience.

DROP OFF

Following your excursion, we will return you to the port with ample time before your cruise departs. We will leave you inside the port and ensure everything is in order before bidding farewell. Our aim is to provide a seamless and stress-free return, allowing you to relax and enjoy your journey.

If you arrive at Isla Tropicale (formerly Mahogany Bay) via a cruise ship, it is approximately a 5-minute walk from the port to our designated meeting point. Please look for our attentive and friendly staff who will be holding a sign with your name at the entrance, just below the gate.

If your cruise ship docks at the Town Center Port in Coxen Hole, it will take around 5 minutes to walk to the exit gate. Our dedicated staff will be positioned just outside gate number 1, holding a sign with your name on it. We are committed to ensuring a seamless arrival so that you can commence your adventure with us immediately!

Upon your arrival, we respectfully request that you reach out to us within 30-45 minutes after disembarking from the ship. Punctuality is crucial for us to ensure you receive an exceptional experience. If you face any difficulties, please feel free to email us or call our business number. Frequently Asked Questions

Where do you pick me up if I arrive on a cruise ship?

We meet you at the port with a sign with your name. At Isla Tropicale (formerly Mahogany Bay) it is about a 5-minute walk from the ship to our meeting point, at the entrance just below the gate. At Town Center (Coxen Hole) our staff wait just outside gate number 1. Please contact us within 30–45 minutes after disembarking. More details in our Roatan cruise port guide.

Can you pick me up at my hotel?

Yes. If you are staying on Roatan, we pick you up at your hotel lobby or at any location on the island.

Will I be back at my ship on time?

After your excursion we return you to the port with ample time before your cruise departs, and we leave you inside the port.

What happens if my ship arrives late or cannot dock?

If your cruise ship is unable to dock in Roatan, you get a full refund. If it arrives late, we can generally reschedule your tour for the same day. When rescheduling is not possible (for example, with dolphin encounters), you may be eligible for a partial refund.

What is your cancellation policy?

You get a full refund if you cancel by email at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour are not refunded, and guests who do not arrive at the meeting point within one hour without notice are considered a no-show. How do I pay for my tour?

You secure your booking with a 35% deposit, paid by credit card, debit card or PayPal. The remaining balance is due upon arrival in Roatán.

Do children pay?

Children 4 and under do not pay; children over 4 count as participants. Each booking is for a minimum of 2 participants.

Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.

The ATV ride was a little sketchy as the equipment wasn’t very good but the people were amazing. Our driver Ann took us to the rum factory and chocolate factory. She was absolutely lovely. He made sure we all made it to the tour in the first place with the maze and confusion of vendors right off the cruise ship. Then, he made sure we went to the best souvenir shops, and knew what services being offered as we walked between venues were a scam and which were good. I brought a group of 8 friends with me for his tour and just felt like I had an honest local ally in Michel.
I even fell from a poorly secured hammock outside the souvenir shop and he made sure they made it right.
We had a great time the entire day and felt like we really not only got our moneys worth but also were in trustworthy and safe hands. That means a lot when you don’t know the area but want the best experience! Thank you Michel!! I know who to recommend now!
