PICK UP
Cruise ship guestÂ
Initially, we'll greet you right from your cruise ship port, whether that's at Mahogany Bay Port or Town Center Coxen Hole. Our team will be there outside the gate, holding a sign with your name on it.
Hotel guest
 If you are visiting and staying at a hotel or resort on Roatan, we have you covered.
We will pick you up directly from your hotel’s lobby or any location you may be on the island. It is very easy and hassle-free. Our packages are also customized for your convenience.
DROP OFF
Following your excursion, we will return you to the port with ample time before your cruise departs. We will leave you inside the port and ensure everything is in order before bidding farewell. Our aim is to provide a seamless and stress-free return, allowing you to relax and enjoy your journey.
Additional Information
If you arrive at Mahogany Bay via a cruise ship, it is approximately a 5-minute walk from the port to our designated meeting point. Please look for our attentive and friendly staff who will be holding a sign with your name at the entrance, just below the gate.
If your cruise ship docks at the Town Center Port in Coxen Hole, it will take around 5 minutes to walk to the exit gate. Our dedicated staff will be positioned just outside gate number 1, holding a sign with your name on it. We are committed to ensuring a seamless arrival so that you can commence your adventure with us immediately!
Upon your arrival, we respectfully request that you reach out to us within 30-45 minutes after disembarking from the ship. Punctuality is crucial for us to ensure you receive an exceptional experience. If you face any difficulties, please feel free to email us or call our business number.
