Full Refund Eligibility
We provide a full refund under the following circumstances:
Cruise Ship Inability to Dock: If your cruise ship is unable to dock at Roatan due to unforeseen circumstances.
Advance Cancellation: If you cancel your tour via email at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Unforeseen Operational Issues: In rare instances where a tour must be canceled due to staff illness, vehicle breakdown, or other internal operational challenges.
Cancellations
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date.
Delayed arrivals of cruises.
Dd Roatan tour generally allows for the rescheduling of tours on the same day, as the departure time for the cruise ship may also vary.
In instances where rescheduling is not feasible, such as with Dolphin Encounters, guests may be eligible for a partial refund depending on the specific circumstances and timing involved.
No-Show Policy
Guests who do not arrive at the specified meeting point within one hour of the scheduled time without prior notification will be classified as a “no-show.” In these situations: No refunds will be provided.
Rescheduling may be an option, contingent upon availability and at the discretion of Dd Roatan tours.
Modifications and Rescheduling
Requests to alter or reschedule a tour must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance.
All modifications are subject to availability.
If rescheduling is not feasible, the standard cancellation policy will be enforced.
