You will witness workers in action: often, you will see the machines and tools used, small-batch production, and workers molding and wrapping the products, you will have the chance to sample various types (dark, milk, flavored) of organic Honduran chocolate.

You will arrive at the rum company, a picturesque location situated between West End and West Bay, typically on elevated ground. From this vantage point, you can admire views of both sides of Roatan and the Caribbean Sea.

You will be presented with complimentary samples of their artisan rums, rum cakes Learn about the rum aging process: how base rum is stored in wooden barrels (such as used Bourbon barrels, American oak, sherry barrels, etc.), and how the duration in these barrels influences the flavor.
